[dsg-svt] RICH Assembly in EEL 124, SVT space needed in cleanroom

Tyler,
Some time ago Walt Akers did a layout of the clean room that would
accommodate
both SVT and RICH. Why we are now discussing this question again?
Also, we always had plans using the clean room over summer 2017 for
final integration
of the SVT and and MM trackers. So this should not be pressurize to
anyone that SVT will
be in the clean room toll fall of 2017.
