[dsg-svt] RICH Assembly in EEL 124, SVT space needed in cleanroom

Tyler,
I think this is done in back order.
We had a layout that worked, if Marco or some one else wants to change
the proposed
layout, they should start from the existing one, respecting other
people's needs, meaning
in this case SVT being in the clean room. Coming up with completely new
layout is not
a way to go.
I do not know what format Walt's layout is, but that the only one we
have for SVT.
