[dsg-svt] SVT Move to Hall B

Hi Bob,

Could you give us a heads up a day or so before the cart is moved to the EEL from physics storage so we can power down, begin to de-cable the SVT, and remove the crates from the racks?

Since I think the longest amount of time will be spent reconnecting everything when it's moved to the Hall the less time it spends in the EEL the better.

P.S. Just to keep everyone in the loop Bob expects the cart will arrive in the EEL sometime next week, but probably won't go to the Hall until the week of the 23rd.
