[dsg-svt] SVT Chiller

Hi Yuri,

It looks like the currently connected chiller is having problems.

Despite being set to 12 C and the flow being 2 LPM the water temperature is aroudn 22 C.

I've also attached a picture of the display unit showing the warning it shows.

Sahin and I have already tried some basic troubleshooting like cycling the power and changing the setpoints. We also found that the extension cord appeared slightly burned so we replaced that and removed the previous cord from service.
