[dsg-svt] [New Logentry] SVT Chiller Swapped

Yuri noticed that the SVT water temperature was higher than the set point (7 C).

When I first checked earlier in the day it was approximately 12 C. Cycling the power and also resetting to factory defaults had no effect and by this afternoon the temperature was up to 14 C. Both the chiller itself and the external coolant temperature were reading similar values.

I've since swapped the Lauda chillers. The 2xx VAC unit (tag: F223714) has been replaced with the 1xx VAC unit (tag: F223898). The 2xx VAC unit is the one that was already sent to Lauda for service and was only in use due to the 1xx VAC unit having warning/error messages (turned out to be a blown fuse).

The water temperature is now tracking the set point properly.
