[dsg-svt] Move SVT Cart to the Hall on Oct 27th

Hello Bob,

Could you please deliver the crate on 10/25. We would like to move the 
CVT out of the EEL124 on 10/25 and  store it in EEL125 till transfer to 
the hall. To match this schedule we will disconnect the cables and 
prepare the CVT with support from the DSG on 10/24. On 10/25 DSG would 
load the crates on the cart and it will be ready to be moved on 10/27. 
We discussed this plan with Marco and he is ok to have the CVT system to 
be out of the clean room on 10/25. We assume that the date for the CVT 
transfer to the hall is Monday 10/30 (as per your schedule) but will be 
ready to move even on Friday 10/27 if needed.
