[dsg-svt] CVT installation schedule

According to Bob, the CVT is scheduled to go to the Hall on Oct 30th and 
it will be in position on the beam line by Nov 2nd. We will have about a 
week to do cabling and checkout. De-cabling of the CVT is planned for 
10/24, delivery of the insertion cart on 10/25, CVT will be moved from 
EEL124 to EEL125 on 10/25.
