Bob, I made arrangements with the target group, they will clean the area for the insertion cart today.

because a longer than expected effort to prepare
the wanted feedthroughs, we will not be able to 
seal the RICH structure as planned tonight.

We are wondering if you could delay your activity
on SVT+MVT, and start i.e. on Thursday, to allow
us to complete the tasks and secure th RICH in
advance.

As a potential benefit, you will find then a free
path in the room to exit your detector.
