[dsg-svt] [Dsg-mvt] [Dsg-rich] space in back of EEL 125

We did not receive any request from RICH group that they need additional 
space. Per prior agreement with RICH group and Walt the CVT will stay in 
EEL124 till it will be moved to the hall. Small (SVT) clean room was 
made available for RICH assembly. I will check with Marco.
