[dsg-svt] SVT HFCB temp R3S1T/B

R3S1T & R3S1B temperature sensor readings are unstable and has increased over the last hour from nominal (~-4.9C) to 25 - 30C. 
Low voltage/current readback for R3S1T/B is normal. 
All other HFCB temperatures are normal.
