[dsg-svt] SVT LV/HV MPOD Crate #5

this is HallB's (engineering) / SVT group task. 
if my memory serves right there were several meetings on this matter, (like with cleaning rm 124/125): 
the outcome was DSG is not responsible for accounting of the spares, for being custodians of the spares, and for ensuring spares are sent for repairs and returned. 
this is each hall's, and each detector manager's task.

Then the crate should be sent to Wiener. I'd like to ask DSG to contact 
them for the RMA.
