[dsg-svt] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: SVT coolant flow meter reading failure

The flow failure when the temperature gets below 0 C seems to be due to the pump speed when set to auto (see attached plot).

The A40 from HPS exhibited the same behavior, as soon as the temperature reach 0 C the flow in the bath was visibly reduced.
