[dsg-svt] SVT liquid detection system

Detailed specifications on the Panasonic liquid detection system can be

The system uses light rather than conductivity to detect liquid.

There are two sensor types available.  The SVT has the SQ-A21-P sensor 
(for standard liquids) installed.
The other type is for "Chemical Liquids" including Fluorinet. The 
specification lists the supported liquids.

It would be installed in the reservoir where the tube from the drain pan
will be placed. The question is would it work for other coolant types we
consider.
