[dsg-svt] Nitrogen line monitoring/control

If it arrives on Monday, which I don't expect as the lead time was listed as 3 weeks, it will get installed.
The MFC is planned to be installed on Tuesday though.
We have some regular RTDs if you want to see if someone from Hall B Engineering can come up with something temporary?
