[dsg-svt] Spare SVT R4 MPOD controller board borrowed

Hello Tyler,

The MPOD crates are the spares for the SVT. In case the crates in the 
hall have troubles, the spares should be ready for fast swap to avoid 
tracker downtime. I would appreciate if you would send me email before 
taking borrowing actions, not after.
