[dsg-svt] DSG work request

For testing the cooling system in preparation of the SVT for beam 
operations it is critical to have measurements of the coolant flow. Both 
flow meters observed issues with correct reading of the flow. The flow 
meters have been disconnected from the cooling lines (control lines are 
still connected). Please test the flow meters asap.

BAND detector will be installed in 2 weeks. There are several HFCB 
temperature cables which run on top of the CVT cart. Please relocate 
them to lower bins of the cart.

I did not receive a reply on the request about testing the spare modules 
before and after kludging. Armen is working on kludging the modules and 
DSG support in testing the modules is needed.
