[dsg-svt] SVT coolant pressure interlock

Dear All,
Yesterday Bob installed the pump to resolve an issue with insufficient
coolant flow at low temperatures caused by higher viscosity of the
coolant and smaller diameter of the cooling tubes after switching to
active sensor cooling setup. The new setup was successfully tested and
it becomes the standard mode of operation. Coolant pressure and flow
which were dropping substantially at low temperatures are much better
now. Efficiency of the cooling system improved. So far we had to operate
Lauda chiller at maximum pump speed, 6. Coolant pressure never exceeded
8 psi. With new pump we have good flow with pump speed 3. To ensure
detector safety we need to protect the cooling system against over
pressure as now the pressure can go higher than 11 psi and it depends on
the coolant temperature as before. Could you please add coolant pressure
to the interlock system, same as implemented for the coolant
temperature, both software and hardware interlocks. Thank you
