[dsg-svt] DSG work request

Dear All,

Armen started working on kludging the HV hybrid line on the SVT modules. 
The plan is to put the HV jumpers on the spare modules first, then (when 
MVT is re-integrated and tested), proceed with R4 modules. The work on 
kludging and testing the SVT modules is expected to last for several 
months depending on the available manpower and schedules for the DSG and 
FE groups.

The work on kludging and testing the SVT modules will be performed in 
the area of room EEL 124 where the work benches and SVT long term 
stability test setup are located.

DSG help is needed in testing the modules before and after kludging.
