Since it's intended to be permanent you're going to need to request Volker/Hall B buy some more.

We don't have that many spares, so we'll have to take from other systems that are not yet installed.

Do you really need 3 more MFCs? Can't at least some of them use a rotameter since they're much cheaper/easier to install?
