Hello Kondo,

The area for UVA's GEM detector in EEL 124 has been cleared.

The GEM detector and its test equipment can be moved in at your convenience.

Best regards,
Tyler

Hi Tyler and Walt,

Thanks for your taking time for the walk through this afternoon.

We are pretty flexible about when to start moving thing next week so basically as soon as it is available, we can start moving our stuff but there is no critical day for that

Best

Hello Walt and Kondo,

To follow up on the short meeting we had this afternoon, the space in the back left corner of the clean room should be adequate for the GEM detector and test area. Attached is a small sketch showing the area decided on.

Currently, there is still RICH's dark box and SVT R4 in that corner of the clean room. The dark box will be moved to inside the foot print of RICH's assembly structure. I will contact Yuri Gotra to ask where SVT R4 could be moved to in the cleanroom.

It was mentioned that the GEM group would like move things into the cleanroom next week. Is there a set day they would like to move into the space?

Please let us know.

Best regards,
Tyler
