[dsg-svt] External pump relay is off

Hi Yuri, 

Amanda and I found that the connector on the cable at the pump's relay box had broken at the pins (picture attached). This probably happened sometime during the installation of the new chiller since you mentioned to us that it worked up until that point. 

We're not sure there are the parts necessary to repair the cable on hand. We'll have to check whether Mindy has the parts and would be available to repair the cable.
