[dsg-svt] rearranging SVT items in EEL 124 dry-cabinet to make room for RICH Aerogel?

Hello Yuri,

Can the SVT items in the EEL 124 dry-cabinet be stacked to free up additional shelving for RICH aerogel tiles? Currently, there are a few shelves with only few items on them.

If enough space in the EEL 124 cabinet is freed up by rearranging SVT items, we would empty the small dry-cabinets in EEL 121b by moving those tiles to EEL 124, allowing collaborators to take the small dry-cabinets off-site for acceptance tests of aerogel in preparation for assembly of the next RICH sector.

I can meet you some time tomorrow to go over what could be rearranged in the EEL 124 dry-cabinet and to see what space would be available.
