[dsg-svt] SVT leak sensor

Yuri,
The leak sensor was unseated from its base, causing it to continuously trip.
We had to tape the sensor down to get it to stay seated because the sensor is placed in a small cup that doesn't allow it to fully sit flat on its own because of the sensor's cable.
We verified the sensor still works by placing a wet paper towel over it. We dried the sensor off and made sure it was correctly seated before leaving.
If this keeps happening, during a run, the interlock may need to be temporarily disabled until it can be more permanently affixed to the cup.
