Subject: Meeting with LBNL tomorrow


Dear all,

In preparation of our meeting tomorrow with LBNL group, we are preparing a short presentation that describes our experience with CLAS12 Silicon Detector and the expertise at JLab that resides within each one of our groups, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Detector operations, DSG, Fast Electronics.

We need also to compile the list of our in house existing infrastructure.

If you could please send me couple slides this evening that would be great.

  1.  SVT Overall Summary (Yuri)
  2.  Fast Electronics (Chris and Ben)
  3.  DSG (Brian and Amrit)

Volker and I will put them in one presentation in the context of the new EIC vertex detector, R&D, Design and Construction.

This will enable us to have a productive discussion tomorrow in defining our path forward in developing collaboration with LBNL.
