[dsg-svt] Patch panel connectors for the SVT hybrid temperature cables

For the radiation test in the hall we will use 2 SVT modules. To speedup 
the installation process Bob suggested to use extra cable bundles (R4 
spares) instead the bundles currently connected to the SVT detector (to 
be de-cabled after the SVT is moved to EEL124). These spare cables do 
not have connectors (they were made before the patch panel was 
modified). Could you please put 2 connectors on the bundles (I can bring 
the bundles). Thank you
