[dsg-svt] [New Logentry] SVT decabled from crates

SVT has been de-cabled from its crates.

HV, LV, and environmental cables were disconnected from their respective crates/patch panels. We then cut the cables free of the cart and began bundling them so SVT can be removed from the cart.
