Icing on the SVT cooling pipes reported by Brian on 4/27. Chiller was at -10 C, running. Nitrogen flow at 2 rpm.
On 4/27 the chiller was set to +20 C, then stopped to allow time for warm up. 2 desiccant bags were inserted under the plastic cover.
On 4/28 at 12 am Brian slid ambient sensor #7 under the plastic bag into the L1C area on beam left side and installed #7 on the beam right side also under the plastic bag.
Both of those sensors were reading extremely high ~70 % RH and when Brian went to adjust the positioning on them they went over 100% and when he removed them they actually came out with some water on them.
Gently pressing along the bottom of the bag he felt like there is a substantial amount of water being held by the bag.
On 2/28 at 2:30 am the bags were removed, pictures taken, temperature and humidity reading from EPICS are attached to the elog. Total amount of condensed water found was about 50 ml. Nitrogen flow meter remained at 2 rpm.
The SVT left at RT without bags with nitrogen purging to dry out and exploring the options to address the issue with condensation.
