[dsg-hallb_svt] CVT work

Hello Brian,


Is the SVT hardware interlock ready do be used? We already prepared the 
area and placed all the crates in the racks, in the next step we will 
move the CVT cart closer to the wall. The interlock operation is the 
prerequisite to mount the SVT on the support tube because the sensors 
will be cooled. I'd like the mounting to be done later this week. Thank you
