[dsg-hallb_svt] SVT testing

Replacing the cable between the patch panel and filter brought Sensor 1 on SB1 back. I didn't have access to a label maker to correct the labels so right now the cable is labeled 17 despite going to 19.

I replaced the slow control connector on R2 M13 and verified that both top/bottom temperatures had reasonable values when turning on/off the LV to the module for a few seconds.

I left the plastic cover off as it was already a bit awkward removing it by myself and I didn't want to risk damaging anything.
