[dsg-hallb_svt] CLAS12 CVT integration status and near term schedule

Dear Marco,

Here is the estimate and the updated schedule. Bob mounted the BMT on 
the integration cart today, it is ready for the integration with the SVT.

For the external people critical for these tasks we would need support 
from:

- *the survey group*. I put tentatively the surveys in the clean room on 
5/18, before and after the CVT integration. The exact date will be 
defined by Chris. The CVT alignment and survey in the hall will also 
depend on this as it is the prerequisite for the transportation of the 
CVT to the hall. The surveys in the clean room and in the hall would 
take a day each based on the prior experience.

- *DSG*. We expect the main tasks related to cabling the CVT on the 
space frame to be covered by them. Few days of work depending on the 
allocated resources for this task.

- *Mohammad*. Per preliminary agreement he will help with the CVT 
commissioning in the hall in June while I will be on vacation.

- *FE.* Ben (to install the SVT cosmic trigger, few hours). Mark (to 
help with cable routing to the new cable tray that Bob is planning to 
install for a clean safer path).

- *CEA team*. If CEA travel restrictions will be eased, CEA experts 
would provide support installing the BMT services and commissioning the 
DAQ. They would need an advance notice to plan the trip. Otherwise the 
remote support will be needed. Few days of work depending on the 
allocated resources for this task.
