<p>The SVT Hardware Interlock cRio processor will not boot. We do
not have a spare for the SVT, but are working on installing a
loaner processor.</p>
<p>The SVT crate will need to be turned off for the installation.
The interlocks will drop when the power is cycled on the crate.
The SVT is powered off.<br>
