<p>MPOD crates rebooted.<br>

<p>Interlock connector checked. When disconnected crate inhibit
appears in the SVT HW interlocks GUI. <br>
</p>
<p>Still cannot clear HV channel output inhibits.</p>
<p>Not clear yet if it is EPICS or hardware failure. <br>
