<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">Hello Brian,</p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">On next Monday, the ALERT detector is scheduled to be moved to the hall, and the CVT installed to one level up for long term storage. We need to minimize the time when SVT sensors are
warm, so we plan to start de-cabling the CVT on the same day (it will be warmed up during the weekend). We would need help from the DSG group to transfer the hardware interlocks and slow control patch panel the new location and connect the cables back to the
CVT. The CVT is scheduled to be transferred to the CVT integration cart and craned on the next day. The rack will be installed on the spot where the Saclay target controls were previously located. Could you please bring this task to your group and let us know
your availability. It is critical to start cooling the SVT as soon as possible in the new location. Thank you</p>
