Ramping the magnet is not a problem, takes less than 1/2 hour for the fields needed for the probe range. Installing the probe without changing the current probes setup should be done carefully and without magnet running.

Will it be at field anytime soon?

Right now the NMR unit is over in the magnet test area and we've just been running parasitically when ever they turn it on to do testing.

So we know the NMR/probe work, now just a matter of finishing the code that will communicate with it.
