[Dsg-hallc_controls] Current loop routine

Hi Mike,


I modified the current loop regulation routine as per your suggestions.  For the section in the ladder logic where the program looks to see if the PSU has reached the desired current value, I added the tag "Ramp_window" so that the amount by which the PSU current read-value can differ from the set-value can be entered in as opposed to being a percentage.
