starting the install on skyler in the pm would be a hallc c decision and associated issues a hallc problem.

Hi Mike, 

If you want to start the upgrades tomorrow afternoon (from DSG computers using software we've already installed) I think that will be fine. Software can be installed on skylla7 in parallel while we're upgrading the firmware from other computers. 

While I don't think it will take more than half a day or so for the upgrade, I would like to at least allocate 1-2 days in case there are issues and we need to roll back to an earlier version. 

My worry if you were planning on starting the install on skylla7 in the afternoon and doing the upgrade from there is running out of time.
