[Dsg-hallc_controls] Status of SHMS PLC upgrades

Hello, 

Today DSG continued with the task to upgrade SHMS PLC to version 20. 
Redundancy synchronization was re-enabled, Primary and Secondary PLC chassis are communicating and running without problems. 

The swapping of the ControlNet modules (CN2B) by Ethenet modules in the Q1 and HX PLC chassis was performed as follows: 


    * ACD PLC program V20 modified to add two Ethernet modules. 
    * Firmware version for Ethernet modules were upgraded : Q1- EN2T to V5.8 and HX-ENBT to V 6.6. 
    * Al I/O modules for Q1 and HX PLC chassis configured in the ACD PLC program with the same configurations, names, and engineering units. 
    * Set up both Ethernet modules in the ACD project file under existing Ethernet network running in the Prymary/ Secondary PLC chassis. 

After all upgrades completed and the downloading of ACD file on the SHMS PLC v20 on the PLC controller, all RUN with no problems and without errors found. A copy of the SHMS v20 ACD file was gave to Mike to run on the "Skylla7" computer.

We're headed to Hall C to switch the valves from PLC to manual control prior to starting work on trying to get the redundancy back up and running.
