i suggest you fix a regular schedule for your meetings with HallC, say biweekly (except wed afternoons), whenever its convenient for all. 
i fear dsg's efforts is falling apart 
at this point despite spinning our wheels, there is little forward momentum. 
prepare report on what dsg has accomplished for tomorrow's meeting.

Hello Mike, Steve, and Jack, 




DSG would like to set up a meeting on Thursday 6/21/2018 at 1:30 pm to discuss the following points: 




1. Current status of tasks with major priority 




2.HMS & SHMS Dipole field regulation 

    * Findings for regulation module “RG2024” used currently to integrate NMR PT2025 and PSU with PLC controller. 
    * Replacement of NMR PT2025 by NMR PT2026 will also involve removing of Regulation module RG2024 module. This will involve modifications in the RS232 serial connections/configurations for the Dipole PSU. 
    * Implementation of new routine for Dipole field regulation will required modifications into the existent Dipole PLC routines and HMI configurations, since current commands send to RG2024 module won’t be longer available. 
    * Details about regulation parameters. 





3. NMR communications with PLC status. 

    * SBC card received. 
    * Linux installed on SBC card. 
    * Testing VISA drivers on SBC card. 
    * Define detailed functions for the logic that will be implemented in the SBC card. 
        * Commands between NMR and PLC controller. 



4. UPS status control 

    * Required information to determine: 
        * Final location in the PLC input modules to monitor UPS signal 
        * Location of hardware (Where UPS +24 V signal will be wired?) to start modification of wiring drawings. 


5. Shutter controls for HMS and SHMS 

    * Define Shutter monitoring and controls. 
    * Findings after meeting with Joe Beaufait (on 6/19/2018) about current wiring and setup for shutters. 




6. Implementation of Ethernet modules for HX and Q1 PLC chassis
