[Dsg-hallc_controls] allen bradley network license

hello, 
in the dsg meeting today, we reviewed Hall C's Allen Bradley network license configuration. 

the network license on skylla has only a single seat available. 
another seat is available on the laptop. 

we strongly recommend that a license w/ two seats be procured (~ $6000/seat), and that this license reside on the central server, which is maintained by the computer center. 


    1. this configuration (skylla+central server) enables three programmers to contribute concurrently to the project; this in our opinion is more efficient. 
    2. skylla is maintained by hallc, whereas the advantage of having the license on the central server is that this server is maintained by the computer center. 
    3. if skylla were to crash, work could still continue.
