The PR 377169 that DSG submitted last week for the acquisition of the PLC licenses has not been signed yet. The quotation for the licenses has a validation for thirty days. 
We would appreciate if you could sign it.

thank you submitting the PR pablo. 
i'm guessing the cost was ~$500/seat higher than anticipated because the licenses span version 16 through version 31. 
the PR is for the full edition not the profession edition because: 


    1. the professional edition's price is ~8000, 
    2. skylla has the professional edition
