[Dsg-hallc_controls] Rslogix license

Hello Steve, 

The two RSLogix 5000 licenses purchased by COPS (with Serial #: 2445046769 and 2445046770), which are running in the "cadlm2" server, were configured to allow access only to specific users (restricted to five DSG members, Steve Lassiter, Mike Fowler, and Jack Segal). 

I have requested Whitney Seay to be added to the list of users who can access these two RSlogix 5000 licenses.

Hi Steve, 

For the Hall C computer I'm using I have skylla7 listed first followed by cadlm2.
