[Dsg-hallc_controls] guidelines for replacing Modules

I haven't heard anything back from Bryan or Carl (since Brad is on vacation) on changing the HMS hostnames.

The SHMS modules are ready to go though.

We just finished with Hall B magnet testing, what time would you like to start with changing the modules?
