[Dsg-hallc_controls] Current on Loop

I am writing the code into the HMS Q1 program today.

I may go ahead update the program for all the HMS quads.


Suggestions for comments would be helpful., but I am forgoing them for now.

Attached is a program that may be sufficient for doing the current on loop.

It is a combination of Function blocks and ladder logic.

It could be made to be all ladder logic I think.


review and comments are needed in the program .
