[Dsg-hallc_controls] Code for NMR regulation

Hello Pablo,


Does the ladder logic program "dipole_NMR_Reg" preform in the way Mike and you had envisioned? Are there any changes or additions that need to be made to it?

I tried to combine the three routines in to one ladder logic routine and simplify tags names.


A few tags names will change once the code is written into the actual program. I had to create a few new tags names as they were being used in the Quad routine first.
