Hello Brad,
Currently, the firmware running on the HVCAEN SY4527 crate mainframe is the latest one available by CAEN (Rel. 2.0.2 - March 2019).

Interesting. I have the other crate in the ESB -- I'll ask Chuck to
move it back to your area.
Any idea if the firmware on the crate you have is current?
