Hi Pablo,

I've been busy at DNP this week but I haven't forgotten about you or this issue.  This morning I discussed the situation with CAEN management.  It does seem that there may be a problem with the firmware for the A7030, although they also believe that the problem is not quite so dire as it first appeared.

Does this line up with how you perceive the situation?

CAEN wants to fix that firmware problem but they don't have an A7030TN board in-house.  CAEN does keep a supply of units for testing, development, internal use, etc...but that's not a board they usually have in stock.  Is there any chance you could send that board to us in Staten Island, NY so we could use it and work on fixing the firmware immediately?
