<html><body><div style="font-family: georgia,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div>Hello,</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>To test the performance of the Ethernet vs Controlnet for the SHMS PLC systems, Amanda, Tyler and I have done the following:</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><ol><li>Set up standalone PLC to mimic how the SHMS PLC system is set up with the controller and I/O modules in different chassis.</li><li> Added DSG-PLC chassis to the standalone PLC system using initially Controlnet network for a total of three chassis (1 controller chassis, and 2 I/O chassis)</li><li>Began development of PLC program to very test system works<br data-mce-bogus="1"></li></ol><div>Next week DSG plans to swap the Controlnet module with Ethernet module to verify that Standalone PLC can run with one I/O chassis using an Ethernet module and a second I/O chassis using a Controlnet module. </div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Best Regards,</div><div>Pablo</div></div></body></html>
