We put in the new terminal blocks to make it easier to add a second cable in the future if a hardwired signal to SHMS PLC is desired. This cabling setup will provide the 24 V signal indicating no fault with the UPS. <br></div><br><div>Since you have suggested to leave the final wiring to Hall C technicians, there are two labeled cables with ends left free and taped. One cable needs to go to a 24 V power supply and the other needs to go to the PLC input channel.<br></div><br><div>Attached is a photo of the rack and cables. The cable to the PLC is on the shelf above the PLC. The cable to the 24 V supply is on the floor.<br></div><br><div>Also attached is a sketch of the wiring for the dsub-to-terminal-block adapter and cabling installed today.<br></div><br><div>Once the input channels for each of the PLC are finalized, please let us know so we can update and give you the code to download to the PLC.<br></div><br><div>Best regards,<br></div><div>Tyler</div></div><br></div></div></body></html>
