<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">This is definitely a problem with that software and not the PLC itself.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">We have been able to both read and write to controller tags via EtherNet/IP which is the same as CIP messaging.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">We'll search around and see if there's anything obvious to change with that software.</p>

We can't upgrade the device firmware to anything higher, so that's out.<br>

Also the SHMS is the same controller and firmware, so I don't think that's the issue. I still think we have some setting incorrect on the ethernet module.<br>
