Subject: [Dsg-hallc_epics] Question on Hall C EPICS PV names and units

Hello,

Looking at the PV list sent to us last Friday, I have some questions:

There are some PVs listed as current lead flows, what do the Lx, Rx, N, and P mean in the PVs? Some of the PVs with these letters are below.

ecDI_M_flow_Lx

ecDI_M_flow_Rx

ecQ1_m_flow_CL_N

ecQ1_m_flow_CL_P

What are the units for the current lead flow?

What are the units of valve position?

What are the PVs below monitoring?
echmst1
echmst2
echmst3
echmst4
echmst5
echmst6
echmst7
echmst8

What are the units for vacuum PVs?

What are the units for flow PVs?

Best regards,
Tyler
